[ He says that in a way that's full of regret, almost sad as small, gray clouds appear over his ahoge looking almost overcast. But he shakes his head and tries to look at Komaeda with serious eyes. ]

I mean, that makes sense. Although doing something that powerful at the cost of a crystal, it's probably not worth it unless there were any dire circumstances.

[ He does smile at Raijin, looking rather pleased with himself. ]

[Komaeda slips out the door calling over his shoulder.] Exactly! Even what I faced you with. It was a pale echo of what he did when he was possessed by a ghost. He split the sky and the ground with just sweeps of his hand. And that was just cracking the surface...

[That echo had been too much. He'd been so exhausted after that bout. He'd slept through the night and late into the next day.]

That isn't to say it is impossible to make happen on a smaller scale. I just can't approach his speed and power.

Humans in his world possess something that among the rare few...place them close to the gods. Gold saints, like him, the closest.

[He snatches up a water bottle from the kitchen and opens the back door with a soft hum. Yes, he doesn't think he's wrong. All of his research and tests, some Nanami assisted with, have proven he can do it. He just hadn't. It had been like his mind shied away from it. Would Mu have backed down?

No. His free hand closes into a fist.]

[ There's a beat as he thinks things over in head a little bit, humming as he follows Komaeda so he can continue this conversation. ]

Maybe it's a little presumptuous of me to say this or maybe it's rude so feel free to argue my point... I think you should focus more on what you can do, Nagito. I mean, there's things that you can do that he can't, right?

[ At least, in his opinion, anyway. ] I don't mind helping you train if you want to test things out and try new things.

[Let's not kid ourselves here, the second she touches that bow and feels those disgusting emotions, she knows exactly who sent it. Even if she didn't, it's not like there's that many people left here who know her birthday or would send her anyway. That being said, she wasn't expecting the glitter, so that was...a surprise. Definitely not a nice one, but not really that bad of one either.

Aside from the initial revulsion and just ew from the bow, she'll reserve the right to have feelings about this until she's gone through everything else. The dress is nice, she really should thank him at some point. And the makeup's certainly something she appreciates, that'll definitely be used.

It's kind of gross how well he knows her. And she should probably send a response, but she's busy with other things, so she won't get around to it on the 24th. The next day when the bird comes in, she'll go through that as well, setting the bottle aside for a special occasion. Maybe when her next plan comes to fruition, not the one she's working on now, but the other ideas in her head that are piecing themselves together. Or maybe she won't.

[It's been a hectic day in a lot of ways, from meeting new and old friends to getting trapped in Steambucks. But one way or another, at some point, Naegi will find himself walking down the familiar path. Now that he has memories back, this is a walk he'd never forget.

He stops outside the door. Naegi still doesn't know for sure if he's here. He hadn't been able to bring himself to ask anyone... because he'd been too afraid of the answer. This place is here, which is a good sign, but someone could've easily carried on the school in his honor, right?
