[ Honestly, Hinata could care less. Komaeda really didn't have to ask; he'd allow it without question. But he does appreciate the asking regardless. ]

I don't mind at all. What did you want to start with?

[He leans against Hinata and shuts his eyes. If he'd went with this approach from the start he wouldn't be half as nervous as he is.] ...how big do you want this to be? The wedding.

...I don't want anything big. But if you do we can figure out a middle ground.

Well honestly... I just want to invite our friends, really.

[ While Hinata would be completely fine with something large and extravagant, it's not something that he needs so he can definitely compromise on that point. ] We really don't need to invite all of Verens to it. That is, if you're okay with that.

[His shoulders sag as the tension washes out of him. He reaches up to thread his fingers into Hinata's hair. It's been a worry that his position in the city might mean he had to do that. Or was expected to. This is...he sighs.]

I'm relieved we agree there. I don't think I could handle more than just our friends. It's nothing against everyone else...

[Hinata understands and that's what counts.] What about the season?

[ Hinata can't help but lean into the touch a little bit, relaxing a bit as he smiles just a bit. ]

[Why hadn't he thought of that? He leans back, laying down across Hinata's lap and gently tugs at his shirt. Posed like this all the questions about that day feel almost relaxing.] By the lake?

If we're going to recreate how we first met then we need water.

Yeah, the lake would definitely be the best place for this.

So far we have by the lake in the summer, with our friends. [His fingers trace little patterns on Hinata's chest.] ...that was easy to decide.

Did you honestly think it would be difficult?

No. [He looks away. There is a lot he could say but Hinata would already know. This is a big event. Even now he worries about his luck. He breathes in.] This is the best my life has ever been.

[ With the way he glances away there's definitely something more to it, but Hinata won't mention it. ]

I'm glad. Really.

[Komaeda reaches up, fisting Hinata's shirt with both hands.] I still don't feel like I'm worthy of it. But one day I'll feel like I am.
