Hinata Hajime comes from Dangan Ronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School (Hope Arc), which means that he has various talents from luck to analysis. He's rather observant, and his talents can sometimes mess with things as well.
Which is why this post exists. If your character plans on having any interactions with Hajime, filling this out would be highly appreciated! And the form is below:

「Physical observations」 Any physical injuries or calluses that a character might have that Hinata might be able to notice at a single glance? Anything odd about their appearance? Also, note clothing styles here as well. Do they wear a school uniform? Something different? What do they wear on a daily basis and what do they wear when they're not going to work or whatever can go here as well.
「Vocal observations」 Voice pitch? Do they have words or phrases they like to say often? Are there any nuances that you'd like to note?
「Personality observations」 Is there anything about their personality that stands out? Feel free to give me brief info on how they act. Feel free to tell me things that Hinata himself would notice at a glance, etc.
「Text observations」 When texting, do they type out their words or do they tend to use shorthand? Do they use emoticons?
「Emotional observations」 Are there any particular emotions I should be aware of that are used frequently or infrequently? Does your character smile a lot? Not that much? Do they tend to get angry often? Be specific here, too. What emotional reactions do they have and which emotions are associated with them? For example, if someone gets angry every time they pass by a certain type of student, then note that here.
「Habits and tics」 Are there any habits that your character tends to do? For example, biting your nails when nervous.
「Character relationships」 Basically, are there any relationships that Hinata can notice that your character has? Are they with another character often? How do they react towards other people, whether it be in general, or him noticing that a character really hates someone or really likes someone - possibly even loves.
「Luck」 Would you like to be involved with Hinata's luck? Yes or no? Is there anything in particular you would like to play out or avoid?
「Anything else?」 Is there any other observations that Hinata might notice that don't fit in those categories or any sort of thing you'd like to avoid in regards to Hinata's talents? Feel free to tell me here!

「Physical observations」 Well, he has green hair and golden eyes for one, and in particular his eyes are quite catlike. He has a preference for fashionable Verens clothing, usually wearing colors like red or black. All in all, it's eye-catching stuff, but with his confidence it looks perfectly natural on him. He accessorizes a lot with two rings on each hand and at least one non-amulet pendant (his actual amulet often tucked away under his shirt), unless he's on his way to train at swordsmanship.
「Vocal observations」 Higher pitched, but not unpleasantly so. He speaks with a phony Kansai-ben and his tone is usually very carefree.
「Personality observations」 Comes across as playful and laid back. Those who aren't observing very closely may think he wears his heart on his sleeve; closer watch will make it clear that he's often just playing around with overreacting to things and plenty intelligent himself.
「Text observations」 He uses emoticons when he's being obnoxious. His typing style is lax.
「Emotional observations」 He smiles far more often than not, and when he isn't he's usually doing an over-exaggerated sulk because of something dumb. There are seldom emotional effects around him, though when he's with Ayumu the air grows warm and the smiles are a lot more genuine. This will slowly be shifting as time goes on and he has a chance to be more sincere in general.
「Habits and tics」 When he's really truly upset, he clenches his hands into tight fists or bites down on the inside of his lip. And, naturally, he looks far more serious, too.
「Character relationships」 These days he's pretty much all over Ayumu. They have yet to ever say anything about being in a relationship, but it's pretty easy to infer that they're an item with all the nudges and hand holding and so on.
「Luck」 I'm fine with luck shenanigans as long as he doesn't die or get maimed to the point of not being able to fully heal!
「Anything else?」 It's not at a glance, but should Hinata ever... for some reason be feeling up Hizumi's torso??? He's missing a rib.

「Physical observations」 No noticeable injuries. Naegi still wears his outfit from DR1 pretty frequently, but Cherryblod is intending to buy him some plain clothes (per Naegi's request for nothing flashy) so he'll have more variety.
「Vocal observations」 Naegi has a tenor voice that is higher on the scale. Although it's less common with the absence of class trials, his more common phrase was usually
"Sore we chigau yo!""That's/You're wrong!" Though there aren't too many things that stick out about it, Naegi tends to use casual speech that leans towards being very polite.「Personality observations」 Generally kind and gentle, but can be more fiery if pushed far enough. Naegi can be flustered rather easily if one uses the right (?) words, but this is more predominate with girls (namely Kirigiri).
「Text observations」 Typically types out all of his words! Smiling emoji's aren't unheard of, but isn't something he does all the time.
「Emotional observations」 Naegi is generally smiling often and relatively happy, although there are moments he can have a sadder or more serious expression. As for emotional effects, most of his reactions are based off of things that effect plants and their growth. Naegi's strongest emotion is usually his hope, and that is usually represented by bright light shimmering around him or small plants growing at his feet. When Naegi first got to Empatheias he would also taste curry frequently when he was embarrassed, but he has some more control over it after his visit to Sharnaath, and it usually only manifests now when he's extremely flustered.
「Habits and tics」 Not in particular!
「Character relationships」 Naegi is very
suspiciouslyclose to Kirigiri. It's easy for people even besides Hinata to see that Naegi is very trusting of her and cares about her a lot. Also, even though he gets on Naegi's nerves sometimes, Hagakure is still a dear friend, and Naegi is grateful for his classmate being here. Lastly, Naegi also looks up to and admires all of his senpai; he thinks Komaeda and Hinata in particular are pretty amazing, but he values all of them a lot. He's shared very personal things with Hinata and Tanaka, and he feels very safe and comforted around Sonia and Komaeda. He's vowed to protect his upperclassmen, but it seems that lately Enoshima has tried to shake Naegi's trust in them...「Luck」 No particular scenarios in mind, but would definitely like for Naegi to be involved!

I am exciteSomething that Hinata might notice about Naegi's luck, aside from it causing weird things, is that it will usually save him from life-threatening situations. Even if Naegi is injured in the process, his luck is usually strong enough to prevent him from dying.no subject
「Physical observations」 No visible injuries to speak of, but she does change outfits and hairstyles every so often. Nothing every really sticks though and she ends up dressing similarly to her canon outfit after she tires of whatever new thing she's tried.
「Vocal observations」 She doesn't sound like DR3 dub Enoshima, that's for sure. The main thing I can think of is that I'd think Hinata could probably pick up on when something's gotten under her skin, despite whatever act she's put on. I'll probably point this out in brackets or prose though since it's bound to happen talking to him now.
「Personality observations」 I can't think of anything to put here that he wouldn't notice. She's Junko, he's...gonna notice her being Junko? How does one even describe that mess?
「Text observations」 She doesn't actually text much in Emp because it's kind of silly? That being said, it depends on who she's talking to and what it's about. She's as likely to use cutesy emoticons as she is to actually write out everything. It depends on the audience. Which is something he's free to pick up because when she feels like anonymously texting, she's easy to spot if someone knows what to look for.
「Emotional observations」 She's a very emotional person. The problem is most of the emotions she experiences aren't entirely fake so much as they're a lot more subdued than she makes it look. The most genuine emotion you're going to get from her is despair, but if there's another emotion going on, I'll definitely point it out in the brackets, and give you stuff to work with. If not, she's just putting on a show and he's completely free to point it out.
「Habits and tics」 She actually does a lot with her hands while she's talking. I suck at pointing these things out because I'm garbage at writing actions half the time but she's never just statically standing there, she's pointing things out, gesturing, waving, that sort of thing. She moves around a lot when she's talking too. That's about it really outside of being overdramatic and flipping personalities whenever she feels like it.
「Character relationships」 She's by herself most of the time, but honestly, anything that happens in a public setting is fair game for him to pick up on. Who she talks to or what she's doing, if there's a chance he might see it, that's entirely fine. She's been pretty good about using the network and secret meetings for the shadier stuff she's pulled, so that might not be something he could analyze unless he's going to start following her everywhere (which if that's the case, she'll take the wrong way), but anything in town or during events they're both participating in is absolutely fine!
As far as people she likes and dislikes, uh, I think you've got a pretty good idea there for the most part, I can detail further if you need to, but I think you and the rest of the cast should have a fairly decent list of who she fixates on and who's really not worth her attention.
「Luck」 I am absolutely good with any and all luck shenanigans that might occur. I don't have any ideas at the moment, but I'm sure we can find something if you want him to luck at her to piss her off.

「Physical observations」 He looks like this Which is a giant different about him really. There's a bit of steampunk clothing attacked to it, but mainly, he's tall (6'1" and very vibrant and thin)
「Vocal observations」 He sounds like Troy Baker (because he's voiced by him) but he also sings really badly. He speaks with a slight threatening growl when he wants to be listened to, but usually he's very relaxed.
「Personality observations」 He walks with confidence, but he's prone to bad comedic timing. He is basically a nerd who became a tough guy narcissist, and even if he got lots of that taken from him, he might pull out a mirror to look at himself for a few seconds.
「Text observations」 Eikichi never texted in his life, When he goes he just types letters without caring for punctuation unless he puts a valiant effort. He types with one hand. Replies from him take FOREVER as a result.
「Emotional observations」 He smiles a lot, he's active, he likes helping people out! He's like a protag, but he's actually the sidekick of the story, the best friend, the rival, the guy at the school of delinquents who's learned to fight back fire with fire. If you rile him up, he'll reply in the same.
「Habits and tics」 He takes out a mirror and looks at himself. He likes to pose when speaking. He makes theatrics out of nothing.
「Character relationships」 Love is back home. A home that he might never see and memories that he might ever have. The people he is friends with here he will hang around with, but mostly Eikichi can be found helping Trucy with her acts, or taking care of the spa he ended up taking over.
「Luck」 Yes please
「Anything else?」 I dunno if Hinata is OP enough to notice auras? Let me know if he does cause that could be fun.
Oh, and he carries around a guitar case. Hinata's careful observation might notice he doesn't seem to be the right weight for a guitar. There's something else inside (or more like it's not exactly a guitar case)

「Physical observations」 There isn't much out of the ordinary about Phoenix. Steven look around eight and always wears the same clothes (the star t-shirt and jeans, usually with sandals). Whenever he's not wearing a shirt, the most unusual thing is that he has a gem in place of a belly button. Hinata can also be free to notice that Gundam is the most awesome-looking person in the entire universe.
「Vocal observations」 I don't even know how to summarize pitch... but you know Gundam and Phoenix of course. Steven sounds young but not as young as he looks. They each can be nervous and stutter sometimes?
「Personality observations」 Steven is over the top friendly and energetic, and he and Phoenix both have a tendency to crack bad jokes, though Phoenix has his serious side. And Gundam is Gundam.
「Text observations」 Steven and Phoenix sometimes use shorthand and emoticons. Gundam drags out his texts as much as possible.
「Emotional observations」 Steven and Phoenix are often content or happy and smile a lot, though they may be nervous depending on the circumstances. Steven sometimes shows traces of the guilty and sad feelings he's been repressing, though. Gundam often acts angry, but it would be easy for Hinata to see when he's putting on a front. The air around Gundam becomes warm when he's feeling more pleased, and cold when he's feeling negative emotions.
「Habits and tics」 Well there's Gundam's tugging on his scarf when he's flustered.
「Character relationships」 Phoenix is with the AAs pretty often. And Gundam of course hangs around the other Dangans, especially Sonia. That's definitely noticeable, as well as that it's easier for her to get positive reactions out of him.
「Luck」 I'm alright with playing with it, though I don't have anything specific in mind at the moment!

「Physical observations」 Nothing too special, really. His clothing style is the average one for guys in Verens, although if he's able to find it, he'll dress more modern and like he would at home (plain shirts, cargo shorts or pants, jackets); when cold enough he does wear his coat that he arrived with from home.
「Vocal observations」 Usually steady and calm. It's not unusual to hear things mike "eh?" "ah" and "mm," if that makes sense. He can come off as the apprehensive sort, or even worried, but not scared. Although in general he's polite, and his emotions can be heard. (If it helps, here's an example)
「Personality observations」 He never speaks strictly about himself, but especially not in a way where he's showing off or talking big about himself. He never dries, or wants, to be the center of attention. As mentioned above, be can be hesitant. He's very honest to a fault, and kind of a terrible liar. There's a lot around in general that has him very curious (sometimes in a childlike manner), for a number of reasons. He's very kind and welcoming, and again, especially polite and respectful of others.
「Text observations」 Nothing fancy. He'll use ellipsis now and again. As for emotes, he'll really only use the normal :( and :) Not that he can't pick up on others to use at whatever point! In terms of writing, it's mostly proper w punctuation and all, though he gets the acronym stuff.
「Emotional observations」 He doesn't really hide much, so basically all of what I mentioned above. However he does purposefully work his way around (if not avoid) talking too much about his world. He's the one who will step in and defend someone if they're being harmed, etc. Similarly, he can become pretty reckless if it means to save someone.
「Habits and tics」 None in particular
「Character relationships」 Kazuki is still pretty new (arrived in October), so he really still is meeting people. At present I'd say he's most often around Yuu and Mika. Generally speaking, he's around meeting everyone.

「Physical observations」 Futaba and Caster. Both of them are very, very small- Futaba's 4'11, and Caster's 4'10, although she wears three-inch platform sandals, has her ribbon and her fox ears, and big puffy sleeves- Her outfit is designed to make her look bigger than she really is. Futaba is also extremely underweight- Girl doesn't eat much.
「Vocal observations」 Futaba's voice is very nervous when talking to other people. Caster likes the phrase "Heavens me!", which is how translators handled her JP catchphrase of "Mikon" (which doesn't mean anything, it's just a portmanteau of miko, shrine maiden, and kon, fox noises.) Caster also tends to change her voice to suit the conversation- High pitch with a gal-style accent when she's trying to be cute and charming, low and threatening when she's ready to murder, although sometimes she goes for cute high voice when threatening people.
「Personality observations」 Futaba tends to be very nervous and mutters to herself, but ignores anything she doesn't care about. When socializing, she'll often be hiding behind Akira or Makoto. (She's heavily implied to be autistic, if that's a thing Hinata would notice.) Tamamo is... Well, she's a lot smarter than she acts. She tends to play up a sweet airhead act, and then lets it slip occasionally. She's incredibly inconsistent and self-contradictory.
「Text observations」 Futaba tends to type out normal sentences with good grammar and punctuation and only the occasional emoji to show displeasure. Tamamo texts pretty normally, though she likes throwing heart emoji around.
「Emotional observations」 Futaba tends to wear her emotions openly, and it's very obvious from her face. She tends to show happiness as sparkles, anger as cold or fire, depression as darkness, etc. But when she's completely and totally comfortable, the air starts to smell like coffee and curry.
Tamamo, on the other hand, tends to keep her emotions hidden, keeping up her waifu act until something hits her buttons, which are usually related to her identity and/or husband. If you imply they don't love each other, or start to talk shit about her identity, she'll go straight to murder. She goes from 0 to 100 real fucking quick.
「Habits and tics」 Futaba plays with her phone when she gets nervous! Tamamo tenses up like she's ready to fight when things get too confrontational.
「Character relationships」 Futaba is usually around one of the other P5 characters, most often Akira or Makoto. Tamamo will be hanging out with Kujikawa Rise a lot now, as her Servant.
「Luck」 I'm game for luck shenanigans!
「Anything else?」 Tamamo very, very rarely lies directly, and instead prefers to mislead through omission and letting people draw their own conclusions. Also, he is more than welcome to figure out her identity as Tamamo-no-Mae or Amaterasu! She's very, very bad at hiding her identity. But calling her on it will make her very mad, so we might need a thread interruption if that happens.
